Vijay Kumar

Vijay has over 23 years of corporate experience in the areas of Training, Business Development, and Customer Service both at operational & strategic management levels. Having worked with large multinationals in various functions such as Sales & Marketing, Training & HR give him a strong organizational understanding. His ability to understand dynamic behaviors in individuals and relate to corporate scenarios provides him an edge in bringing out the best in his participant

His core expertise is in areas of Training Needs Identification, Designing Learning Paths and Customizing Curriculum as well as Facilitating programs. He is also a Master facilitator for Train the Trainer Programs. Vijay is a certified GE Faculty for various Leadership & Mid Management level Programs. In addition he is also a certified / accredited facilitator to administer instruments such as Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), DISC, Thomas Kilman Conflict Styles, Lockwood Interaction Styles, 360 Degree and True Colors.

Vijay is adept at understanding global cultures and has facilitated programs across countries such as India, U.A.E, Singapore, Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Romania, and Hungary. He loves to travel and read.

Vidya Chandrasekhar

Vidya has been associated with the Training world for over 14 years. Her core expertise has been in middle management and leadership level programs across a variety of industries such as Manufacturing, IT, BPO and Consulting Companies. Early on in her career, she discovered her passion for facilitating programs and has enjoyed it ever since.

Having worked for large multinationals in the capacity of Training Leads, she brings a strong understanding of organizational needs and is adept at working closely with them to create the right learning paths for all levels. She is a certified faculty for GE Leadership & Mid Management level Programs.

Vidya is a certified / accredited facilitator to administer instruments such as Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), True Colors, Lockwood Interaction Styles, Situational Leadership Styles, DISC, Thomas Kilman Conflict Model. In addition she is also certified in Instructional Design for content development as well as Hypnotherapy. A graduate in Science and MBA from Osmania University, she is an extremely creative person and loves painting in her free time.

Sujata Lulla

Sujata comes from the hospitality background and has over 15 years of experience in working with corporates and hotels. She has worked in various functions such as Client Management, Business Development, Coaching and Training during her tenure. She is an experienced facilitator for GE in areas of coaching, training and leadership development. She has been instrumental in assisting organizations to build learning & development paths for their operations in China, Romania and Hungary.

Sujata has a strong engaging style with people and is able to draw on her experiences from several industries with groups at all levels. She also engages in working with young adult programs in soft skills.

Sujata is certified / accredited facilitator for Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), DISC, Lockwood Interaction Styles, and Thomas Kilman Conflict Model. A Hotel Management graduate from WGSHA and an MBA from Symbiosis University, she loves interacting with people and traveling.

Asefa Vijay Kumar

Asefa has over 18 years of experience in diverse functions such as Business Development, Operations, Quality, Training and Talent Acquisition. Having worked for large multinationals at senior management levels across geographies, she comes with a rich expertise in process excellence, transitions and people development.

She is adept at understanding client needs and building solutions with business impact in HR, Talent Acquisition & Development. Her expertise in IT is an added advantage in her solutioning efforts.

Asefa is a certified Black Belt in Six Sigma and accredited facilitator for Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). In addition, she is a trained professional in Performance Development & Coaching for mid and senior leadership levels by GE & Genpact. She has also been an active member of the GE Women Network (GEWN) and supports causes for hiring and training differently-abled and underprivileged.

Having worked in multiple continents such as US, Europe, Middle East and Asia, she brings excellent cultural understanding. A graduate from Pune University and MBA from Symbiosis, she is enjoys reading and interacting with people. 

Cecilia David

Cecilia has over 14 years of experience in facilitating for Communication skills, Soft skills & Etiquettes, Culture and Behavioral programs. Her experience in corporates and educational institutions ensures she understands client requirements and is adept at customizing basis learner capabilities. Her training style and ability to relate to participants enhances learning and brings out the best in them.

Having lived in Canada, the US, Lebanon, Kenya, and Thailand, Cecilia makes her a versatile trainer will great global exposure.

She is BA in Psychology from Canadian University College and a Masters in Education from Andrews University in Lansing, Michigan. She enjoys singing, and playing the piano in her spare time.

Bernadin Bhaktavatsala

Bernadin, fondly know as Bernie, has over 10+ years of experience in Training & Development, International Customer Relationship Management, Organizational Development, Capability Building and Quality (including Transitions and Change Management). She brings excellent understanding of various domains in the IT, ITES, Banking & Insurance domains.

Having worked with various multinationals in a cross-cultural environment, she displays good understanding of people and learner capabilities. She is qualified in Instructional Design (ADDIE Concept) and a certified Trainer. A highly energetic facilitator, with excellent connect with people at all levels. Her deep sense of Corporate Social Responsibility, has involved her in various volunteering projects in countries like Cambodia, Thailand, Sri Lanka, UK and Australia, using L&D as the medium.

A graduate in Journalism, and a passionate writer. She enjoys interacting with people and working for various educational causes with her NGOs.
